Meet Our Inspirational Founders
At Fierce Little Fighters Foundation, our mission is to ensure that every family with a premature baby receives the support and prayers they need to face the challenges of the NICU journey. Founded by Tanner and Taylor Mowery, who have personally experienced the NICU journey with their son, our foundation understands the struggles families encounter and is committed to empowering them during these difficult times.

Peer Support
No family should face the NICU journey alone. Our trained peer mentors provide encouragement, understanding, and hope through shared experiences and compassionate support.
Staff Appreciation
We believe the heroes caring for our toughest little fighters deserve to be celebrated. Our Staff Appreciation Program recognizes and encourages NICU staff monthly for their unwavering compassion and dedication.
Our peer support volunteers are dedicated to working directly with parents who are currently seeking assistance. We understand that every situation is unique, which is why we carefully match individuals with volunteers who have experienced similar challenges. This personalized approach ensures that parents receive the support and understanding they need during their journey. Whether you're looking for guidance or simply someone to talk to, our volunteers are here to help you every step of the way.
